9th Anniversary

Today was our 9th Anniversary. We did what every couple would do on their anniversary.....took our four boys to the Twins game. ;) When we got home Matt had to go in to work for the night ;(

The boys were pretty excited! Here's Nolan all geared up.

He had to bring his camera to take pictures like me. He's going to be my little photographer (though they all like to take pictures).

It was this little guy's first game. He did really well. Matt was a little nervous about bringing him....so I told him to not worry about it and I would take care of him and chase him if he needed to go walk around. We didn't have to leave our seats once because of him. ;)

The boys decided they all wanted a Lemon Chill for a treat. It was quite tasty on the hot day.

It does not feel like 9 years. Man wonderful things have happened to us since then. ;) I feel very blessed. Thank you for 9 great years Matt and here is to many many more..... I love you.

We have been through a lot and have had many great things happen since we met....here are four of the best things......

More summer fun!

We have been having fun. Connor put on his protective gear while they battled with swords.

Jacob started Tball and is having a blast. There were no issues either...he got right in there the first night. It was great to see that huge beautiful smile!

Mattey, Kristin, Kelsey, and Megan came over one after noon and they braved it in the pool for a little bit, but it was too cold to stay in long.

So we have a lot of this on our deck again...I clean it off every day....however....

...look what has appeared.

The boys have had fun watching the mom and dad come and feed them. They chirp like crazy....

Connor also started Squirts baseball.

We are keeping plenty busy....

Happy Birthday Audrey!

This past weekend we went to Eau Claire for Audrey's birthday party. She had it at the gymnastic club. The boys had a blast tumbling around on the mats, balance beams, trampolines, and rope swing.

After the party we went to see Neal and Angie's new house and helped them move a few things. Angie gave Lucas a ride on the lawn mower. He would have stayed on there all day if we would have let him.

Happy 7th Birthday Audrey (on the26th)! We love you.

Ladies at the lake…..

Last week I was able to get away for a few day and go to the lake with the ladies I have been doing this with for a few years now. Unfortunately the weather was cold and rainy so I do not have any nature pictures or lake pictures, however it did not dampen our spirits or ruin our time there. We have a blast. We ate (and drank) like queens, played games, read our books, did lots of visiting, went for walks, and went into town for a day and did some shopping... and who could forget those loons in the lake that one night?!! ;)

One night we went into the Angry Minnow microbrewery. What a fun place. Sue and I shared a flight of their micro brews.

Go figure the day we had to head out this is what it looked like. Oh well, we had such a wonderful time. Thank you ladies for always making it a fun get together. We all come from different walks in life, yet have a mutual respect for each other and enjoy each other's company. It is always so refreshing.
