With school right around the corner we decided to do some housecleaning. I had some great helpers.
We celebrated Camryn and Brinley’s baptism on Sunday. I was a little tired being that I just got home Saturday from Australia, a little jet lagged. Matt is Camryn’s Godparent, however he had to stay to work a few more days over there, so Nate stood up for him during the mass.
Grandma and Grandpa with all the grandkids. What a crew.
A make up picture of Uncle Matt with his Goddaughter Camryn.
I have so many pictures and so much to post about this amazing trip, but here is something until then.
Good day Mate!
Some pictures my parents took of the boys while we were in Australia.
We LOVE the Steele County Free Fair however this year is going to be a little different. We normally are at the fair everyday at some time or the other. However, this year Matt and I are going to be gone. I get to go with him on a work trip to Australia. Yes, Australia!! I’m still pinching myself. We are going over together and then I am coming back by myself while he stays to work for a few extra days. The boys are going to stay with my parents – can I say how awesome they are? I have dates made daily for them to meet up with friends at the fair. I am so grateful to my parents helping us out with this so that I can go on this trip of a lifetime with Matt. We were able to go to the fair together tonight for at least a little bit as a family. I guess I’ll give up my cheese curds this year for the kangaroos!
The boys and I had dentist appointments earlier this week and it was Lucas’s first time. He was a little nervous, but his brothers were really helpful.
We always try to make a fun outing out of school shopping. This year we went over to Mankato and did our shopping, went to the WowZone, and ate dinner at the Red Lobster. We had a great time. These boys are growing up – exciting, but sad.
