Connor had a dentist appointment today and the dentist said his teeth look great. He also told Connor that he has the beginnings of a loose tooth. You should have seen Connor's eyes get big and his smile beam. We got out of the dentist office and he looks at me and says, "This is the best day of my life!!!".

Happy Anniversary Matt and Kristin
Today is Matt and Kristin's anniversary. Hope you two have a wonderful day and another great year (of course many more to come also).

House of Bounce
The boys and I went to the House of Bounce in Rochester and had an absolute blast. It's this big warehouse with a bunch of different inflatables in it. This is less than 1/2 of it.
I've been talking to a few people about it lately and just decided to go find it. The boys had so much fun and definitely were tuckered out by the end. This is what they thought of it!
Thumbs up from Nolan who had a constant smile and giggle.
Jacob thought it was really "cool".
From the mouth of Connor, "This slide is WICKED!!!!".

Crocodile Dock Camp -VBC
Connor is going to Vacation Bible camp this week and is having a blast. The theme this year is Crocodile Dock. The music is fun (we get to drop him off and pick him up to it every day), he goes to different stations called, Snack Shack, Bible Bayou, Dockside Drive-in, Gator Games, Crayfish Crafts, and they have the Crocodile finale. Every morning when Jacob and Nolan I drop him off we want to stay and have fun too. ;) It's so cool seeing him excited about this and talking about it so thoroughly and at a mile a minute when he gets home.

What a weekend....
My dear friend Shelly got married this weekend and I was fortunate to be her personal attendant. Shelly is such a giving, thoughtful, positive person it was so wonderful seeing her so happy, and having a day all about her! She was a beautiful bride and it was a picture perfect day. So much fun. Congratulations Ryan and Shelly!

Sunday night I got Connor going in the shower and then went to go get the other two munchkins going in the bathtub. I'm washing Jacob and Nolan up and all of a sudden hear this crying. Then I hear this panicked, "MOM"!!!! I ran into the shower to find Connor squatted with his pinky in the drain. With his big tears he tries to tell me he can't get his finger out. Seriously, I almost let out a chuckle, but that would be the mean thing to do. I know I shouldn't have, but I asked him what he was trying to do. He didn't know. We twisted and twisted and finally I just had to yank it out. He lost a couple of big chunks of skin and was bleeding pretty badly. We dried him up and got him all bandaged up. He looks at me and says, "I don't ever want to talk about this again."

We were fortunate to have Natey and Diane watch the boys for us Saturday for the wedding. Sunday after church and breakfast Mom and Dad, Natey and Diane, and the 5 of us went out the the Litomysl festival and then to the water park. Jacob and Nolan are maniacs in the water. Jacob wanted to keep going down the slide and both of them could have stayed in the water all night. It was a great day.

In fact, when Matt came in from watering the lawn and flowers he asked what happened to Connor's finger. Connor told him to ask me about it. hehe

Miscellaneous stuff
I came in to check on Nolan during nap time because he was sort of singing/crying himself to sleep saying Mama, Mama, Mama. I walked in his room to find this....
The boys are in a British soccer camp this week and are having a blast. They got obnoxious colored jerseys, a soccer ball, and a t-shirt. The two guys that ran the camp were from England and had accents, so the boys had a hard time understanding them a little bit. They still really enjoyed themselves. I love the fact that everything is so big on Jacob -jersey and shin guards.

Connor and I continued his Lego project this week.
We even had a picnic on the living room floor.
We even made it downtown for Crazy Days or 5 Days of Fun
